Recognizing Strikers Coach and Board Member Dito Garcia. In addition to coaching the Strikers U-14 Fal- cons, Dito Garcia is a member of the Strikers Board of Directors. During the 2009-2010 season Dito took on the task of starting a speed training program for our club. This program is part of the annual fee, another value add. Dito presented a detailed assessment to the Strikers Board at the March meeting. He has spent a lot of time imple- menting what we now have in place. This program will continue will continue to grow. It will be up to the coaches to teach the drills and the girls to practice these drills at home. Well done Dito! Note: We expect to post part or possibly all of the assessment on the Strikers Web site in the near future. Watch for an announcement.
