It is approximately 45 miles from Salt Lake International Airport and 1 mile to Park City’s Historic Main Street, home to the Sundance Film Festival and world- class dining and shopping. • What is available for purchase? There are 15 home sites (one estate home previously built) ranging in size from .50 acres to 3 acres with prices ranging from $2.9 million to$3.6 million.

• When are home sites becoming available for purchase? Home sites are being offered for purchase starting December 2020.

• What types of properties are available? Where and what am I permitted to build? Single family home sites are available. Each home site has a designated building envelope. There are not any current restrictions on house size and one accessory dwelling per lot is permitted.

• I s the infrastructure construction complete? Water, sewer and preliminary road are completed. Electric and gas will be run to lots in Spring 2021.

• Can I choose my own builder? Yes, you are welcome to choose your own custom home builder or use preferred builder. Ask listing agent for details.

Stein Eriksen Estates has partnered with Stein Eriksen Lodge for shared use of its facilities including: pools and hot tubs, fitness center, Champions Club entertainment center, ski-in/ski-out access, ski locker room, local transportation, Freestyle Theatre, food and beverage outlets, and spa services.

• Can you ski from the lots to the Deer Valley lifts? Can you ski-in/ski-out? Ski-in/ski- out access is from Stein Eriksen Lodge ski valet locker room in Silver Lake (mid mountain) of Deer Valley.

• Are there restrictive covenants and architectural controls? Yes, similar to other tradi-tional HOA’s, Stein Eriksen Estates has governing documents that include: CC&R’s, bylaws, and architectural guidelines to ensure a safe and exclusive environment.

• I s the area zoned for nightly / weekly rentals? Yes, nightly/weekly and long term rent- als are available.

• I s there a rental manager in place? Yes, Stein Eriksen Lodge Management Corpora- tion (SELMC) is the exclusive rental manager for Stein Eriksen Estates.
