 Special Hint from a KUG Student: If you like being in nature, I recommend the local mountain of Graz, the so-called “Schöckl”!  Special Hint from a KUG Student: If you want to relax in nature and do not want to leave Graz, you can visit the Hilmteich. It is located near the University of Graz and the botanical garden and can be easily reached by bike, tram or on foot. From late spring to autumn, the benches are ideal places to read or simply the starting point for a hike through the forest. In winter, as soon as the ice is thick enough, you can even skate on the water.
