Elia Festa was born in Milan, Italy on January 1, 1956. In 1970 he met the painter Ibrahim Kodra and Elia Festa nasce a Milano il 1 gennaio 1956, nel ’70 conosce il pittore Ibrahim Kodra e frequenta became his student.
