Održavanje puteva u zimskom periodu obuhvata: • planiranje zimskog održavanja; • organizovanje mesta pripravnosti (punktova) zimske službe i deponija posipnog materijala; • pripremu puteva za zimski period eksploatacije; • postupak zimskog održavanja; • zaštitu puteva u zimskom periodu; • obaveštavanje učesnika u saobraćaju o prohodnosti puteva i stanju na putevima.

University Doctor (PhD) Dissertation Thesis THE 1944/45 PARTISAN REPRISALS IN MAGYARKANIZSA AND ENVIRONS, AFTER REVIEW OF ARCHIVE DOCUMENTS Lajos Forró Supervisor: Dr. László Pallai DEBRECEN UNIVERSITY Doctoral Department of History and Ethnography Debrecen, 2015 Objective of the thesis, delimitation of the topic Already known to today’s historians is that, at the end of 1944 and the beginning of 1945, the OZNA (the Department for Protection of the People – formed in 1943 under the leadership of Aleksandar Rankovi ć. Its mission was the creation of an information-gathering service, in order to discover and punish spies and the fifth column). The units of OZNA, partisan forces and some local citizens who were Serb nationals, committed genocide among the local Hungarian communities in the Southern Territories. This all occurred with the knowledge and acquiescence of the chief commander, Tito. I find it important to point out that the partisan powers carried out illegal liquidations not just against the Hungarians, but also against real or imagined political enemies living in Yugoslavia: Serbs, Croatians, Slovenians, Germans and Albanians. As the reprisals were directed from the center of power, in many places the local Serb population, encouraged by the situation, took part in the reckoning. Public opinion in opposition to the minorities had grown so strong that it pushed the more empathetic Serb citizens, who might have otherwise tried to help those people who were in trouble, into passivity. What was earlier open anti-Hungarianism in the Southern Territories was quickly replaced by a period of forced silence, and research into the issue could only begin in the early 1990s.

Abstract Detailed distribution pattern of colubrid snakes in Serbia is still inadequately described, despite the long historical study. In this paper, we provide accurate distribution of seven species, with previously published and newly accumulated faunistic records compiled. Comparative analysis of faunas among all Balkan countries showed that Serbian colubrid fauna is among the most distinct (together with faunas of Slovenia and Romania), due to small number of species. Zoogeographic analysis showed high chorotype diversity of Serbian colubrids: seven species belong to six chorotypes. South-eastern Serbia (Pčinja River valley) is characterized by the presence of all colubrid species inhabiting our country, and deserves the highest conservation status at the national level.

  • Dejan Radičević, Perica Špehar Some Remarks on Hungarian Conquest Period Finds
ACTA ARCHAEOLOGICA CARPATHICA VOL. L, 2015 PL ISSN 0001-5229 Dejan RaDičević, PeRica ŠPehaR SOME REMARKS ON HUNGARIAN CONQUEST PERIOD FINDS IN VOJVODINA ABSTRACT D. Radičević, P. Špehar 2015. Some remarks on Hungarian Conquest Period Finds in Vojvodina, AAC 50: 137–162. The last reviews of sites and finds dated to the 10th and 11th centuries on the territory of modern Vojvodina were made quarter of century ago. Development of the methodology of archaeological investigations, re-examination of old and appearance of new sites and finds, as well as the ongo- ing evaluation of the results of archaeologically explored necropolis in Batajnica, all suggested the necessity for a work dedicated to the problem of colonization of Hungarians as well as to the analyses of the phenomena typical for that period in Serbian part of Banat, Bačka and Srem. K e y w o r d s: Hungarian Conquest Period; Vojvodina; Batajnica; soil inhabitation; necropolis; warrior graves; horseman graves Received: 13.04.2015; Revised: 29.05.2015; Revised: 17.08.2015; Revised: 31.08.2015; Accepted: 10.11.2015 INTRODUCTION In Serbian archaeology insufficient attention is dedicated to the problem of inhabitation of Hungarians as well as to the research of ancient Hungarian material culture1. The reason lies in the fact that the territory of modern Vojvodina, in the time of more intense archaeological explorations of sites dated to the discussed period, was part of the Habsburg Monarchy. Archaeological material was sent mostly to the museums in Szeged or Budapest, so it became primarily the subject of interest of Hungarian specialists.

Soil properties have a locations. Number of the microorganisms was strong impact on a range of processes influencing uneven by type of soil. Studies have shown that the crop yield, including microbial diversity. The highest total number of bacteria was obtained on distribution of microorganisms in soil is influenced humogley and chernozem, in the locations of Bečej, by numerous abiotic and biotic factors, primarily Begejci and Kula. The highest distribution was by soil type, plant species, soil usage and tillage, recorded on chernozem, at the locations where the use of organic and mineral fertilizers, irrigation, plough-field and harvest residues of maize were pesticide application, etc. Therephore, the objective found, as well as on fluvisol and humogley. The of this study was to examine the distribution of highest number of ammonium-fixing bacteria was microorganisms in different types of agricultural recorded in Zrenjanin, on chernozem. N-fixing soils in the Vojvodina Province. The distribution of bacteria were the most abundant on cambisol, in soil microbes was assessed on the basis of indirect the locations of Petrovaradin and Vršac, as well as dilution method on appropriate nutritive media.
