POM WONDERFUL PARTY PUNCH Yield: 8 Servings Ingredients Amounts

POM Wonderful 100% 2 cups Pomegranate Juice, chilled Halos (mandarin orange), 2 cups freshly squeezed or orange juice, chilled , peeled, freshly grated 2 tsp. Sparkling/soda water, chilled 2 cups

Garnish Halos (mandarin oranges), 2 ea. thinly sliced and frozen sprigs, small and fresh 8 ea.

Method 1. Add the pomegranate juice, mandarin orange juice, and grated ginger to a pitcher and stir to combine. Slowly add the sparkling/soda water and gently stir. 2. Pour into 8 punch glasses, top with the frozen Halos slices and rosemary sprigs, and serve.

ROASTED SWEET POTATO WEDGES WITH WONDERFUL PISTACHIOS, GOAT CHEESE, AND POMEGRANATE GLAZE Yield: 8 Portions Ingredients Amounts

Sweet Potatoes, large, well-scrubbed 4 ea. and cut into 1” thick wedges Olive oil 4 Tbsp. 1 ½ tsp. , ground ¼ tsp.

Pomegranate Glaze POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice 2 Tbsp. 2 Tbsp.

Goat Cheese 4 oz. Wonderful Pistachios Roasted ½ cup and Salted, shelled and chopped

Method 1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line two baking sheets with aluminum foil. 2. In a large bowl, toss potato wedges with olive oil, salt and pepper, mixing thoroughly. Transfer the wedges to the baking sheets making sure they are spaced evenly. 3. Bake for 15 minutes. Stir wedges and rotate pans in the oven. Bake another 10 minutes until cooked through and caramelized. Remove from the oven. 4. For the Pomegranate Glaze: Combine the honey and the POM Wonderful pomegranate juice in a bowl. Heat for 30 seconds in the microwave and stir. 5. Arrange the sweet potatoes on a platter and scatter the Wonderful Pistachios and goat cheese over the top. Drizzle the Pomegranate Glaze over the dish and serve.

POM WONDERFUL ASIAN CAULIFLOWER BITES Yield: 8 Portions Ingredients Amounts

Garlic , large, minced 3 ea. Ginger, peeled, freshly grated 1 tsp. POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice 4 Tbsp. Hoisin Sauce 2 Tbsp. Tamari 4 tsp. , toasted 2 tsp. Sriracha sauce 1 tsp. Cornstarch 1 ½ Tbsp. Cauliflower head, cut into florets 1 ea.

Serving POM POMS fresh pomegranate arils as needed Scallions, sliced as needed Sesame seeds, toasted as needed

Method 1. Preheat oven to 425°F. 2. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray. 3. In a small saucepan, combine , ginger, POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice, hoisin sauce, tamari, sesame oil, and Sriracha. Whisk in the cornstarch and remove from heat. 4. In a mixing bowl, toss cauliflower florets with 4 tablespoons of the sauce, reserving the rest of the sauce. 5. Place coated florets on the baking sheet in one layer. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, rotating pan halfway through. 6. While the cauliflower roasts, put remaining sauce in the saucepan to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, for 1 minute. Remove from heat and pour into a serving bowl. 7. For Serving: sprinkle roasted florets with scallions, POM POMS fresh arils, and sesame seeds. Serve remaining sauce on the side for dipping.
