In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 32 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act No. 2 of 1974) the High Court of Madhya Pradesh specially empowers the Judicial Magistrates of the First class, named in the column 2 of the table below ,posted at places mentioned in column 3 & Revenue District shown in column no. 4, thereof for trial of cases as per the provisions of Section 260 of the Code summarily.
