Erma Erma McFarland McAbee, 84, formerly of Bethesda, died Monday, January 11, 1988 in Forest Hills Nursing Home, St. Clairsville. She was bom Sept. 12,1903 at St. Gairs- ville, daughter of the late John and Gertrude Taylor McFarland. She was a member of South Main Qiurch of Christ at Bethesda. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert McAbee, four brothers, a sister, and a granddaugh ter, Randy LaRue Weller. Surviving are a son, Robert of Indianapolis, Ind.; a daughter Eileen LaRue of St. Clairsville; four grandchildren and five great- grandchildren. Services were held at 11 a.m JThursday from the Kelly-Kemp Funeral Home, Bethesda, with Stan Kirtlan and Everett Hutson officiat ing. Burial was made in Union Cemetery, Morristown. Robert McAbee Robert H. McAbee, 83, Glenwood Village, Bethesda, died March 18, 1987 in Bamesville Hospital. He was bom Oct. 1, 1903 at Martins Ferry, son of Albert and Ida Brown McAbee. He was a retired employee of Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp., retired caretaker at Epworth Park, Bethesda, and a member of S. Main St. Church of Christ, Bethesda. Two brothers, a sister and a $2 granddaughter preceded him in death. Surviving are his wife, Erma Pa McFarland McAbee; a son, Robert of Indianapolis, Ind.; a daughter, Eileen LaRue, St. Clairsville; four ! granddaughters and five great grandchildren. Services were held Saturday from the Kelly-Kemp Funeral Home with Rev. Everett Hutson officiating. Burial was made in Union Cemetery, Morristown.
