OPCIÓN A L'arte del caffè In Italia non ci stanchiamo mai di ripeterlo: il caffè è un' arte. Da nord a sud, a qualsiasi ora del giorno, c'è sempre un buon motivo per prendere un caffè. È davvero sorprendente come alcune persone riescano a prenderne anche cinque o sei nell'arco di una giornata, ognuno per un motivo diverso. Bere un caffè è diventato infatti sinonimo di pausa e spesso invece di invitare un amico a fare una chiacchierata, si preferisce invitarlo a bere un caffè. Ed è divertente notare che, quando si va a prendere un caffè con un amico o con un collega, si può rimanere anche ore a parlare del più e del meno, anche se l'espresso si beve in uno o due sorsi. Ma si sa, il caffè è un piacere e la fretta è proibita. La preparazione del caffè, a prima vista così semplice, ha alle spalle in realtà una grande tradizione. Inizialmente lo si beveva solo al bar, finché negli anni '30 Alfonso Bialetti inventa la Moka, ormai simbolo di italianità, e il caffè diventa qualcosa di veramente quotidiano per tutti, qualcosa a cui difficilmente si può rinunciare. Ma perché consideriamo il caffè un'arte? Il fatto è che andare al bancone di un bar e chiedere un caffè può non essere sufficiente. Esistono, infatti, diversi tipi di caffè: ristretto, lungo, corto, macchiato (con l'aggiunta di un po’di latte), corretto (si aggiunge un liquore), oppure decaffeinato (senza caffeina).
