JJP also coordinates the Juvenile Justice Coalition—a statewide alliance of youth justice and child welfare advocates—that supports and informs JJP’s advocacy agenda. The Coalition has an LGBTQ Work Group, which advocates for the needs of LGBTQ youth in the justice system.
