My experience of All Girls Trekking Camp, 2019

I would like to share the beautiful experience of my NCC camp. A total of four cadets were selected from our unit for this camp and i was one of them. The camp was held at from 15th November,2019 to 22nd November, 2019. It was a combined camp for all the three wings. The journey started on 15th nov ,2019 and we, the cadets of 3 RAJ NAVAL NCC boarded the train with other army cadets and headed towards Ajmer. This was my second national camp and this time I was not nervous and was infact excited about all the adventures that awaited us. We reached Ajmer and were taken to kayad in a canter. I've heard about this place before from my fellow mates who went for NSC and there it was a place with open windows, not properly covered roofs and the cold nights but it gave us the actual feel of the camp. The staff provided us with quilts which made it easier for everybody to adjust. It was cool in the morning but the sunrise was beautiful. Our day started with roll call in the morning followed by breakfast and our schedule for the day, in the evening we played games, went for jog which was headed by cultural night. We visited various places during these 8 days. Some of them are Dargha Shariff where we handed over the chadar, , , Adhai din ka Jhonpra, Museum, Nareli Jain Temple and by the grace of CO sir of 2 RAJ NAVAL UNIT we also got to visit there unit. We also got to interact with DG NCC, his words were really inspiring and the way he interacted with everyone was one of the best part of the camp. The food that was served was the best we ever had in any of the camps. On our last day we had a dj night. We bid adieu and left for the station the next morning. It was a very adventurous and fun camp filled with sweet memories that I would forever cherish.
