TIMBER CONSTRUCTION We provide solutions that incorporate natural and engineered timber to allow for architectural expression while maintaining structural integrity and respecting project budgets and schedules. From tall mass timber buildings to wood frame construction to architecturally exposed timber elements, our team has deep experience in timber engineering.
MODULAR CONSTRUCTION Modular and prefabricated construction is a highly versatile approach with the potential to deliver substantial cost savings, faster project delivery times, higher quality construction with less waste and emissions, and an increase in worker safety. PARTY WALL SERVICES Entuitive provides services to cover all aspects of the WHAT WE DO Party Wall Act. We manage the process for our clients from issuing notices, to providing technical details and calculations, to agreeing awards. We employ party wall surveyors with extensive experience managing complex party wall arrangements and agreements.
SER CERTIFICATION Entuitive is a member of the Scheme for the Certification of Design (Building Structures) in Scotland, allowing our Approved Certifiers to check the compliance of structural design of buildings with the Scottish Building Regulations and to issue the required certification in support of a Building Warrant application.
