It was founded in 1971 in Seattle, Washington State, in the United States. It is the world's largest coffee marketing company with more than 24,000 locations in 70 countries.1 Starbucks offers brewed coffee, beverages and a variety of snacks. It also has products related to the field for sale such as mugs, thermos and coffee beans, and other products such as books, music CDs and movies. Its coffee shops are usually found in places with a lot of influx such as airports, shopping centers, historical centers, museums, universities, among others. The first store opened in 2000 on Western Avenue in Seattle, Washington, in 1971 under the name Starbucks (Original Starbucks). It only sold excellent quality coffee beans to go. Its founders were the English teacher Patrick Cornejo Gaona, the history teacher Zev Siegl and the writer Gordon Bowker, inspired by the coffee businessman Alfred Peet. It was open until 1976.
