DINING FACILITY The First Stamford Place Café offers a wide variety of items from its grill, deli and salad bar from 6:15 a.m. through 2:45 p.m. Monday through Friday, and provides delivery and full catering services to tenants of all three office buildings. An outdoor, landscaped seating area is also on the premises.

CAFÉ EXPRESS New coffee/community lounge, with seating for 27 people, is open from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and provides tenants with a variety of Starbucks products, smoothie bar and grab-and-go food prepared by First Stamford Place Café, including salads, sandwiches, fruit and veggie snacks.

CONFERENCE CENTER New, tenant-only, multi-media conference center, with open pantry area and free wireless internet; accommodates seating for up to 60 people classroom style; catering available through the First Stamford Place Café.

FITNESS CENTER New, expanded tenant-only fitness center, providing state-of-the art exercise equipment with full locker rooms and shower facilities and offering daytime and evening classes.

CHILD CARE CENTER Bright Horizons Child Care Center is located at 300 First Stamford Place. This high quality facility can accommodate up to 110 children, with priority placement and discounts for tenant employees at First Stamford Place.

HOTEL The Hilton Stamford Hotel, located adjacent to 100 First Stamford Place, is a 500-room luxury hotel with 18 conference rooms, the largest conference center facility in Fairfield County, and a restaurant which can provide two private dining rooms for corporate functions. Discounts on hotel rooms, Tavola Restaurant and conference rooms for tenant employees. Complimentary use of tennis court, basketball court, pool and Jacuzzi.

SHUTTLE SERVICE Tenant-only shuttle service to the Stamford Transportation Center throughout the day running on twenty minute intervals and to the Stamford Town Center retail daily from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. First Stamford Place
