Boars Hill The house is situated on Old Boars Hill, an attractive, elevated district, lying approximately 4 miles south west of the city centre. As well as being close to Oxford, with easy access to the city centre, Boars Hill House is well positioned for communications to London, Heathrow (via the A34 ringroad/M40) and the national motorway network. Didcot mainline station can also be easily accessed via the A34 with a regular service to London Paddington, or Oxford station with services to Paddington. In addition the new Oxford Parkway Station offers services to London Marylebone in 66 minutes. It is conveniently positioned for both Oxford and Abingdon, where major supermarkets, shopping facilities and sports centres can be found. There is an excellent choice of schools in the area including Chandlings, The Manor, St Helen and St Katherine, Magdalen College School, Radley College, Cothill, Our Lady’s Abingdon, Abingdon School, The European School at Culham, Headington School, St Edward’s, Oxford High School and The Dragon School. Boars Hill House Boars Hill House is an attractive house of brick construction which offers extensive accommodation and leisure facilities in a private setting close to Oxford. The decking area beyond the swimming pool complex is built around a wonderful fish pond with a small island and a covered gazebo.
