    I've just joined up and tried dBpoweramp, as I have so far been using Exact Audio copy (EAC) and have been looking around if it supports something akin to iTunesEncode which I've been using on EAC. There may be a guide or How-To somewhere, but I mostly came across a few hints in posts that it could use iTunesEncode, and finally found a reference to the CLI Encoder. So I've installed everything and experimented with the CLI Encoder and iTunesEncode with the help of the helpful Help documentation (more than can be said for EAC; it's developed by a German student with limited time and limited English, so I don't blame him) . So, I thought I'd take what I've learned and produce a How-To guide for using iTunesEncode with dBpoweramp Music Converter. Parts are modified from the dBpoweramp Dynamic CLI Encoder help page and Dynamic CLI Tutorial, other information is derived from posts by the iTunesEncoder developer. Enjoy. If, like me, you're an iTunes user, and perhaps have an iPod, you may wish for greater integration between dBpoweramp Music Converter (dMC) and iTunes, and you may wish to not only have iTunes encode to AAC and tag your songs, but to have them automatically entered into the iTunes library without manually importing them. Zvukový záznam se ukládal na magnetický pásek a ve 20 století se distribuoval v převážné většině na gramofonových deskách (polyvinylchloridových). Zvuk uložený na gramofonových deskách se při přehrávání snímal citlivou jehlou, která přenášela jemné mechanické záchvěvy do gramofonu, kde se tyto měnily na elektromagnetické vlnění a putovaly do zesilovače a nakonec do reproduktorů. v 80-tých letech 20. století se zvukový záznam distribuoval i na magnetických páscích. Tento nosič však nebyl příliš kvalitní, častým přehráváním se ničil. Ke konci 20. století se prosadil záznam zvuku v digitální podobě na CD nebo DVD nosiče. Analogový záznam se tedy musel digitalizovat: V současnosti nahrávací studia analogový záznam z mikrofonu rovnou digitalizují a ukládají v digitální podobě na pevné disky, CD či DVD v odpovídajících formátech. 2 DIGITÁLNÍ ZÁZNAM ZVUKU Převod zvuku do digitální zajišťují elektronické součástky zvané A/D převodníky. V počítači je A/D (i D/A) převodník součástí zvukové karty počítače. Digitalizace analogového záznamu ve zvukové kartě probíhá zjednodušeně takto: 1. Do zvukové karty vstupuje analogový elektromagnetický signál. Signál získáme z mikrofonu, který převede mechanické vlnění na elektromagnetické, nebo z externího zdroje – třeba přehrávače CD...) 1 Zvuk na PC 2. Zvuková karta provede tzv. vzorkování signálu. V určitých časových intervalech odečítá hodnotu záznamu jako číslo. Obvyklá vzorkovací frekvence pro ukládání hudby na CD je 44,1 kHz, což znamená, že odečet hodnoty signálu se provádí každých 1/44100 = 0,000023 sekund. 3.
