PERTANYAAN-PERTANYAAN MULUT DARIPADA Y.B. TUAN NG SUEE LIM (N04 SEKINCHAN) TAJUK : PENGURUSAN SISA PEPEJAL NEGERI SELANGOR 1. Bertanya kepada Y.A.B. Dato' Menteri Besar:- a) Sila nyatakan apakah keberkesanan pengurusan sisa pepejal selepas dikendalikan oleh KDEBWM. b) Sila nyatakan apakah kekangan utama yang dihadapi oleh KDEBWM. c) Sila huraikan apakah perancangan secara holistik dan jangka panjang demi memastikan pengurusan sisa pepejal mencapai hasrat Kerajaan Negeri. JAWAPAN: a) Sepanjang pengambilahan operasi pengurusan sisa pepejal di MPK, KDEBWM telah memperkenalkan beberapa inisitif baru bagi mempertingkatkan keseluruhan operasi pengurusan sisa pepejal di PBT berkenaan iaitu: 1. pemberian lori kompaktor baru yang dilengkapi sistem pemantauan Auto Vehicle Locating System (AVLS), kamera undur dan CCTV kepada sub- kontraktor menggunakan kaedah sewa-beli; 2. penggunaan sebuah lori kompaktor baru di setiap zon (1 lori 1 zon); 3. pewujudan Centralized Command Centre (CCC) yang berperanan sebagai pusat kawalan operasi kutipan sisa pepejal KDEBWM dalam menerima aduan serta pemantauan penyelia kawasan dan kontraktor kutipan; 4. penggunaan telefon pintar yang dilengkapi dengan alat pengesan (tracker) bagi memantau pergerakan penyelia kawasan dan lori kompaktor; 5. penggunaan Aplikasi i-Clean sebagai salah satu medium kepada pengguna untuk menyalurkan aduan; dan 6. penggunaan aset-aset lain selain kompaktor seperti RORO dan tricycle sebagai aset sokongan. Signing the agreement for MRCB was YBhg Tan Sri Mohamad Salim Fateh Din, the company’s Group Managing Director, while KUSB was represented by its Executive Director, YBhg Dato’ Mohd Lotfy Mohd Noh. The witnesses to the signing were Encik Mohd Imran Tan Sri Mohamed Salim, MRCB’s Executive Director and Puan Nor Hazqiah Che Idris, Senior General Manager Corporate Services Kwasa Land Sdn Bhd. SIARAN MEDIA 19 Oktober 2020, 7:30 pagi HENTI TUGAS LOJI RAWATAN AIR SUNGAI SELANGOR FASA 1, 2, 3 DAN RANTAU PANJANG BERIKUTAN PENCEMARAN SUMBER AIR MENTAH Kuala Lumpur - Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) ingin memaklumkan henti tugas Loji Rawatan Air Sungai Selangor Fasa 1, Fasa 2, Fasa 3 dan Rantau Panjang berikutan pencemaran sumber air mentah telah dikesan di Sungai Selangor pada jam 2:00 pagi, 19 Oktober 2020. Bagi proses pencairan dan 'flushing' bahan pencemaran yang terdapat di dalam Sungai Selangor, tindakan segera telah dilakukan dengan melepaskan air secara graviti dari HORAS 600 dengan kapasiti 285 juta liter sehari dan pelepasan air mentah dari empangan sebanyak 800 juta liter sehari. Dalam pada itu, Lembaga Urus Air Selangor telah melepaskan air mentah melalui operasi pengepaman kolam KL Larut dengan kapasiti 336 juta liter sehari untuk tujuan yang sama. Sehingga jam 6:30 pagi ini, pencemaran masih lagi di kesan di Sungai Selangor pada tahap 1 TON. Henti tugas keempat-empat loji ini telah menyebabkan gangguan bekalan air tidak berjadual melibatkan 1,196,457 akaun merangkumi 1,292 kawasan di Wilayah Kuala Lumpur, Petaling, Klang/Shah Alam, Kuala Selangor, Hulu Selangor, Gombak dan Kuala Langat. Senarai kawasan yang terlibat dengan gangguan ini seperti di Lampiran A. Justeru itu, Air Selangor ingin memaklumkan pemulihan setakat jam 2:00 pagi ini untuk insiden henti tugas separa LRA SSP1 berikutan paip air terawat pecah telah mencapai kadar 80%, namun berikutan insiden pencemaran bau ini melibatkan loji yang sama, maka pemulihan kawasan ini tidak dapat dilaksanakan mengikut jadual yang telah diumumkan pada 18 Oktober 2020. -

MissionOS Project Profile KVMRT 2 - Kuala Lumpur Building on the success of MissionOS on Line 1 of the Klang Valley MRT, Maxwell GeoSystems were appointed systems supplier for the Sungai Buloh–Serdang–Putrajaya line (MRT SSP) with an expanded to scope to look after instrumentation and TBM Process Control. The MissionOS system has been implemented by Gamuda to manage excavation progress and instrumentation data during the construction of the stations in retained excavations within difficult ground conditions. Gamuda were keen to build on Maxwell GeoSystems’ ability to manage effectively both ground investigation, instrument and tunnelling data in one platform and the configurability of the platform to their own requirements. Maxwell GeoSystems’ proprietary MissionOS integrates the construction and TBM data with the instrumentation data, providing a shared real-time “cause & effect” analysis resource, allowing project teams to predict and control the ground and ground-water movements.
