(TCS) is one of the leading installers of concrete products in Industrialized Building System (IBS) industry. As its growing popularity in private sectors and the commitments of the Malaysian government to phase out high dependency of foreign workers, the IBS has its huge potential to be a high growth segment of the civil construction and engineering industries. The Business of Teraju Construction Sdn. Bhd. (TCS) was started on 5th March 2008. Since its first inception a year ago as a sole proprietor status led by Mr Fakhrul Nazhi Hannafi, the business known as Teraju Precast Enterprise (001748433-U) has grown tremendously particularly in sync with the call of the Malaysian government in 2008 for a greater use of Industrialized Building System (IBS) in its development projects. By 2nd Mac, 2009, with the spirit of moving the business to the next level, it was converted into a limited company status by the name of Teraju Construction Sdn. Bhd. (656680-D) and so far has achieved accumulated revenue of RM3 million with the total value of secured projects to date worth RM3 million for the next 6 months. [ 06 ] TCS is managed by a team of people who have wide experience and expertise in their respective fields. Therefore, the management of TCS is looking forward to participate and contribute on larger scale in civil construction projects.     SIARAN MEDIA 19 Oktober 2020, 7:30 pagi HENTI TUGAS LOJI RAWATAN AIR SUNGAI SELANGOR FASA 1, 2, 3 DAN RANTAU PANJANG BERIKUTAN PENCEMARAN SUMBER AIR MENTAH Kuala Lumpur - Pengurusan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Air Selangor) ingin memaklumkan henti tugas Loji Rawatan Air Sungai Selangor Fasa 1, Fasa 2, Fasa 3 dan Rantau Panjang berikutan pencemaran sumber air mentah telah dikesan di Sungai Selangor pada jam 2:00 pagi, 19 Oktober 2020. Bagi proses pencairan dan 'flushing' bahan pencemaran yang terdapat di dalam Sungai Selangor, tindakan segera telah dilakukan dengan melepaskan air secara graviti dari HORAS 600 dengan kapasiti 285 juta liter sehari dan pelepasan air mentah dari empangan sebanyak 800 juta liter sehari. Dalam pada itu, Lembaga Urus Air Selangor telah melepaskan air mentah melalui operasi pengepaman kolam KL Larut dengan kapasiti 336 juta liter sehari untuk tujuan yang sama. Sehingga jam 6:30 pagi ini, pencemaran masih lagi di kesan di Sungai Selangor pada tahap 1 TON. Henti tugas keempat-empat loji ini telah menyebabkan gangguan bekalan air tidak berjadual melibatkan 1,196,457 akaun merangkumi 1,292 kawasan di Wilayah Kuala Lumpur, Petaling, Klang/Shah Alam, Kuala Selangor, Hulu Selangor, Gombak dan Kuala Langat. Senarai kawasan yang terlibat dengan gangguan ini seperti di Lampiran A. Justeru itu, Air Selangor ingin memaklumkan pemulihan setakat jam 2:00 pagi ini untuk insiden henti tugas separa LRA SSP1 berikutan paip air terawat pecah telah mencapai kadar 80%, namun berikutan insiden pencemaran bau ini melibatkan loji yang sama, maka pemulihan kawasan ini tidak dapat dilaksanakan mengikut jadual yang telah diumumkan pada 18 Oktober 2020.

Kajian ini memfokuskan kepada keperluan bahasa Arab dalam pelancongan Islam serta komponen utama yang perlu disediakan dalam membangunkan sebuah aplikasi pelancongan berasaskan Islam. Hasil kajian mendapati, masih belum terdapat aplikasi pelancongan di Selangor yang mematuhi piawaian yang digariskan oleh Organization of Islamic Operation (OIC). Oleh itu, adalah menjadi suatu keperluan pembangunan aplikasi pelancongan Islam yang mematuhi Syariah dalam bahasa Arab untuk memudahkan dan menyenangkan pelancong-pelancong Arab ketika mengunjungi Selangor. Jika dibangunkan dan diuruskan dengan betul, kegiatan pembangunan ekonomi pelancongan Islam di Selangor dapat dipertingkatkan dan secara tidak langsung dapat memperkenalkan lebih dekat tempat-tempat menarik yang terdapat di negeri ini.     NOTIS CATUAN BEKALAN AIR PERINGKAT KETIGA DI NEGERI SELANGOR, WILAYAH PERSEKUTUAN KUALA LUMPUR DAN PUTRAJAYA Adalah dimaklumkan berikutan dengan keputusan Kerajaan Negeri Selangor untuk mempertingkatkan pengurangan pelepasan air mentah dari 200 Juta Liter Sehari (LJH) kepada 500 JLH dari Empangan Sungai Selangor dan 30 JLH dari Empangan Klang Gates, telah dijangkakan akan berlaku pengurangan lagi bekalan air terawat dan Kerajaan Negeri Selangor telah mencadangkan pelan catuan bekalan air dilaksanakan. Pihak SYABAS telah diminta menyediakan pelan catuan tersebut. Sehubungan itu, Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara (SPAN) pada 6 Mac 2014 telah meluluskan Pelan Catuan Bekalan Air Peringkat Kedua dipertingkatkan ke Peringkat Ketiga dan ianya akan merangkumi beberapa kawasan tambahan di daerah Gombak, Kuala Lumpur, Petaling, Klang/Shah Alam, Kuala Selangor dan Hulu Selangor disebabkan pengurangan bekalan air terawat ini. Pihak SPAN akan menyelaras dalam pengurusan dan perlaksanaan Pelan Catuan Bekalan Air ini dengan sumber- sumber daripada Kerajaan Negeri Selangor, Kerajaan Persekutuan dan Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (SYABAS). Adalah dengan ini dimaklumkan juga bahawa Pelan Catuan Bekalan Air Peringkat Ketiga ini menggantikan keseluruhan Pelan Catuan Bekalan Air Peringkat Kedua yang dikeluarkan pada 28 Februari 2014.
