The above planning application was approved contrary to Officer recommendation by the Planning Committee on 22 August 2013.

The decision has been issued with the following conditions:

1. TIME00 The permission hereby granted is valid only for five years from the date of this permission and the use shall be discontinued and the site restored to its former condition before this consent expires. 2. PLAN02 The development hereby approved shall be only carried out in strict accordance with the detailed specifications and plans comprised in the application hereby approved or in accordance with any minor variation thereof that may be approved by the Local Planning Authority. 3. GACS04 The development hereby permitted shall not be brought into use until details of measures to be undertaken to limit the transmission of noise to adjacent properties have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. The work shall not be carried out otherwise than in accordance with the details so approved. 4. GACS00 At no time shall the maximum number of children occupying the development hereby approved exceed five.

The unauthorised reservoir of an agricultural building is also at appeal and is being heard by and reservoir way of written reps. Both appeal decisions will be issued after the hearing. The unauthorised pond is currently at 10. Mickbelong Farm, Urra – 0259/2009 Delegated 21 October 2013 appeal and is to be heard by way of a Unauthorised construction hearing by a Planning Inspector on 21 of a Pond January 2013.
