Critically examine the existing policies and facilities for internal and external trade, especially in view of the emerging opportunities for international and inter-regional trade. c). Identify potential entrepreneurs and investment hubs to attract domestic and foreign investment for greater value addition. d). Suggest measures for relevant human resource development, especially for promotion of education and training in high skills and high demand categories. 2. The Report of the Task Force has since been finalized and enclosed for your kind reference. As you will notice, this Report identifies for urgent implementation various policies, facilities and infrastructure with the primary objective of promoting trade & investment in the Region. 3.
