It is a detached south facing former farmhouse built of local stone under a clay tiled roof with timber framed windows. Set beneath a tiled porch, the front door opens onto a broad entrance hall with a flagstone floor providing through access to the garden and with doors off to a large drawing room, study and an open-plan kitchen/dining room with a flagstone floor. The kitchen is fitted with an extensive range of floor and wall mounted units under granite work surfaces, a double Belfast sink and a Falcon 2-oven/5-ring gas-fired range/cooker.
