2021 Golden Bay Rotisserie League Transaction Report Effective as of Friday, September 24, 2021 at 03:30 AM

1. Free agent signing requests will be processed each Tuesday at noon using a priority ranking determined by the combination of standings position (5-12, 4-1) and whether or not a team made one or more priority free agent signing(s) the prior week.

2. Free agent signings made after the 12 noon deadline on Tuesday, but before the 4pm transaction deadline do not count against your priority for the next week.

3. Players that are eligible to be signed as free agents must be on the active roster of an NL team or on that team's inactive list (injured, suspended, etc.). If an inactive player is signed, they must be activated by their NL team within two weeks or the signing team loses the player and is force- fed by rule (most IP or most ABs).

4. Teams with roster openings do NOT receive priority over teams without roster openings. Teams who made multiple signings the previous week do NOT lose priority to teams who only made one signing.
