He is currently works as active researcher and mentor for social research at the Sagasitas foundation, he is also a data scientist at Kedata Indonesia, a company engaged in bigdata analytics services Keban, Yeremias T. He earned his Doctoral Degree in the Department of Urban and Regional Planning, Florida State University (1993) and Master Degree in Urban and Regional Planning Department, University of Pittsburgh (1987) USA. He is a senior lecturer at the Department of Public Policy and Management, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Gadjah Mada University. He also develops his career as a consultant and independent commissioner in public and private companies. He has a good interest in development planning & policy, strategic planning, human resource management, risk management. and urban governance. Marianata, Anita Lecturer and researcher in Public Administration, was born in Bengkulu, Indonesia, 6 December 1987. Graduated from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (now it becomes Faculty of Administration Sciences or FIA), University of Indonesia, Indonesia, with specialization on public administration. Her Master of Administration Science academic degree is obtained from the University of Bengkulu, with specialization in public policy, and became the best student on graduation in april 2014. Since 2016 she has worked as a lecturer and researcher at the Department of Public Administration, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, University of Bengkulu. Pramusinto, Agus is a Professor in the field of Public Administration. He is currently serves as Head of the Department of Public Policy and Management, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Gadjah Mada University. He obtained his Doctorate in Policy and Governance, from the Asia Pacific School of Economics and Government / APSEG, Australian National University, Canberra in 2005. He currently dedicates his experience and knowledge to teach in the Department of Management and Public Policy, Faculty of Social Sciences and Political Science, Gadjah Mada University. Agus Pramusinto has research and writing interests in the areas of Local Government and Decentralization, Administrative Reform, Disaster Management, and Development of Training for Government Planners. Pratama, Widhi Setyo he earns his Master Degree in Public Administration at Universitas Gadjah Mada (2018). The title of the thesis is ‘Perception of Auditors and Auditee on Public Sector Performance Audits’. He was an auditor in the Audit Board of The Republic of Indonesia. Widhi has a good interest in Public Sector Accounting, Financial Audit, Public Policy Analysis, Good Corporate Governance and Performance Audit. In addition to audit assignments, he is currently conducting research on the possibility of using public policy analysis in performance audits of government policies carried out by Supreme Audit Institutions. Subatin, Bambang he is currently completing an MPA degree in the Public Administration Masters Program, Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Gadjah Mada. Manuscript written for Policy and Governance Review include research outcomes, field research or literaty research and articles reflecting sociopolitical phenomena. 2. Manuscript is written in English. The writting system for research outcome is litle, name of the writer, abstract with keywords, preface, discussion or analysis, conclusion, and reference. 3. Manuscript is typed using Microsoft Word program on HVS A4, around 6000-7000 words in Palatino Linotype size 12 pts and 1.5 space. 4. Manuscript is to be submitted directly to the editorial staff or can also ne attached in an email to [email protected] 5. Title of the article cannot exceed 14 word. Title is typed in italic with centered capital letter in 16 pts. 6. The name of the author is written without any academic degree, followed by the name of author’s institutions, located under the title of the article. In case manuscript written by team, the editor is only in contact with the main author or the first mentioned author. The main author must include his/her correspondence address or email. 7. The abstract and keywords must be written in English. The lenght of each abstract is around 200-250 words, while the limit of keywords is 3-5 words. The abstract, at the least, must contain the aim, method
