EDUKA Indonesia Logo PGRI-EDUKA Indonesia International Conference “Collaborative Learning towards Learning Community” ~Learn from student’s learning~ ”School as Learning Community is a school where students learn together, teachers also learn together as professional, and even parents learn together through participation in school reform.” – Professor Manabu Sato, Ph.D.1 Lesson Study, originated in Japan, has been introduced to Indonesian educations since 2004.2 It is well known that there are several types of lesson study in Japan; Lesson study focusing on Lesson Plan, and lesson study focusing on open lesson and the reflection (post-lesson discussion)3. The former type of lesson study prioritizes planning and its goal is the lesson improvement. On the other hand, the latter type of lesson study prioritizes posterior analysis and its goal is organizational development. Lesson study as learning community emphasizes the student’s learning on the lesson, and its goal is organizational development and/or school reform. In Indonesia, the practice of lesson study as learning community has been disseminated in TOT as an induction program by the Directorate of Teacher and Educational Personnel, Ministry of Education and Culture. Internationalisation of Indonesian Higher Education: a Study from the Periphery

Internationalisation in response to globalisation is a common feature in majority universities. It is also a feature of Indonesian Higher Education institutions, yet so far it seems that the way in which Indonesian higher education is responding to globalisation with internationalisation of its universities is not well reported. This paper aims to address this gap by examining relevant government papers, policies, research, reports and other documents available on line as well as at web sites of universities and other related web sites depicting how internationalisation has been conducted in Indonesian higher education. The paper attempts to reveal the perceived challenges of globalisation for Indonesian higher education and to what extent and in what form internationalisation has been achieved. Particularly, it will analyse the relation between policies and practices and identify barriers to internationalisation. However, it should be noted that this article is selective rather than comprehensive in reflecting on the internationalisation process in Indonesian higher education. Findings show that globalisation is perceived as a challenge requiring a response rather than as a threat to be dealt with. Many sources reflect that the government has been initiating and facilitating various programs to support internationalisation within the system. It appears that lack of capability at the institution level slows down the process. -

Kajian Interaksi Obat Antihipertensi Pada Pasien Hemodialisis Di Rumah Sakit Umum Yarsi Pontianak Tahun 2017
KAJIAN INTERAKSI OBAT ANTIHIPERTENSI PADA PASIEN HEMODIALISIS DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM YARSI PONTIANAK TAHUN 2017 Salfitri*1, Nurmainah1, Muhammad Akib Yuswar1 1Program Studi Farmasi Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak Jl Prof. Dr. H. Hadari Nawawi, Kota Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. ABSTRAK Penyakit gagal ginjal kronik (GGK) merupakan penyakit ginjal stadium akhir. Pasien GGK memerlukan terapi pengganti ginjal seperti hemodialisis. Selain hemodialisis, pasien GGK juga diberikan terapi obat secara polifarmasi yang terdiri dari obat antihipertensi dan golongan obat lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan jenis obat antihipertensi yang sering berinteraksi dan mengkaji interaksi obat berdasarkan mekanisme kerja serta tingkat keparahan pada pasien GGK yang menjalani hemodialisis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional dengan rancangan studi potong lintang (cross sectional) yang bersifat deskriptif, pengumpulan data dilakukan secara retrospektif berdasarkan catatan rekam medik pasien. Data peresepan yang didapat pasien GGK sebelum menjalani hemodialisis di analisis menggunakan software drugs.com. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 32 sampel terdapat kejadian interaksi obat sebesar 37,50%. Obat yang paling sering berinteraksi adalah golongan CCB yaitu amlodipin sebesar 45,83% dan golongan ACEI yaitu kaptopril sebesar 33,33%. Interaksi obat yang terjadi berdasarkan mekanisme kerja obat yaitu farmakodinamik sebesar 79,17%, farmakokinetik sebesar 8,33% dan yang tidak diketahui mekanisme interaksinya sebesar 12,50%. Sedangkan berdasarkan tingkat keparahannya yaitu minor sebesar 29,17%, moderat sebesar 62,50% dan mayor sebesar 8,33%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah obat antihipertensi yang paling banyak digunakan yaitu CCB, sedangkan interaksi obat yang sering terjadi yaitu mekanisme kerja farmakodinamik dan tingkat keparahannya moderat. The state and condition of Indonesian teachers have gradually changed to a better nuance due to the compensation of teacher certification program (TCP). The program has conceivably raised the status of the teachers in social and economic lives. However, the impact of the program on the improvement of overall teacher‘s quality—teaching performance as mandated by Teacher and Lecturer Law remains questionable, and the big question is what and how teachers perceive and act in response to the objective of the program. The program aims not only to increase the teachers‘ salary, but also to improve the quality of their teaching performance based on the teacher standard competence, that is pedagogical, personality, social, and professional competences. Therefore, the study explore and describe certified EFL teachers‘ perceptions concerning benefits of the program on thier social and economic lives, improvement and quality of their teaching practices; perceptions on the ways management ran the program; and expectations for better services of the TCP management. SERVICE QUALITY OF LIBRARY TOWARD AN INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE QUALITY RORIM PANDAY Pakuan University, Bogor, Indonesia , [email protected] ABSTRACT Library has a very important role in the learning process, both for primary, secondary and higher education level. So the main function of the library is to serve students and educators or users of outside education in finding a reference to a sub-field of science or science they are studying. For that, a library that can serve, have references required by the user, can read books and learn in library room.The comfort room and amenities will be a good service value. Library staff who serve also reinforce a good service system. E- library services connected with a variety of e-library of agencies in the country and abroad will be an added value to the quality of library services. This study aims to determine how the quality of service of a library. Data taken using a questionnaire developed from the SERVQUAL, where the number of respondents as many as 125 people. Analysis of the data by using the pair-test and factor analysis. From the analysis, showed Tangible components of quality of service already exceeded expectations, while for components Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy, the service quality value is still below the expected value. Keyword: service quality,expected value, perceived value, SERVQUAL RESEARCH BACKGROUND Library has a very important role in supporting teaching learning in higher education.
