Driving Range Continual : I just want to point out to everyone that with the new tee line , when hitting your driver you can put your tee in the turf anywhere. The reason I am stating this as I have seen some players teeing up in the grass area behind the continual tee, we do not want you to do this as this will wear out the grass and will not look good, so please tee up on the actual continual turf.

Just a couple of reminders going into this year. We would appreciate it if everyone could do the following as they play in order to keep the golf courses in the best shape possible. 1. Repair all ball marks 2. Fill in divots 3. Rake all bunkers 4. Do not golf carts in the rough on either course 5. Combine carts each and every time you play 6. Men collared shirt required at all times, driving range as well. We have a great facility and we want it to stay in great shape, let’s take some pride in what we have and help us monitor the above situations. Do not be offended if one of our staff approaches you with the above violations.

Collared Shirts: I would like to remind all the male adults that you must be wearing a collared shirt on the and/or on the driving range: Tee shirts are not allowed, do not be offended if one of our staff approaches you if you are wearing a tee shirt. Please abide by this rule, thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Policy Change Club Carts: Just to let all of you know, when one of our outside service staff gives you a cart in the parking lot they will be asking your name so they can report to us in the . This will help us keep track of all of our carts and let us know who is on property.

****Combining Carts: Our staff continues to remind group after group to help out the golf course conditions by combining carts within your group. The majority of the groups have done a great with this, but we still have some that are going against this policy. All we are trying to do is give you the best product possible at all times. We need your help in order to obtain our objective. Please be aware of combining carts to help us out.

Tee Times: Just a quick reminder to all members, We do take tee times all day every day that we are open. So if you decide to play it would be best for all players to reserve a starting time, no matter what time of day you wish to play.

***Checking In Before Play: We are asking everyone that plays to be sure and check in to the pro shop before teeing off. This will allow us to know where you are on the course in case of an emergency.

Tascosa Website: Just to let everyone know, you can go to our website tascosagolfclub.com and under members only tab, you can view Summary Calendar of Member Golf Events for all the dates, along with the Monthly Calendar of Events. If you are looking for a specific member event date, you will find it on the website.

Bunker Rake Postion: I would like to let everyone know that we would like the bunker rakes to be positioned outside the bunker, parallel to the line of play, with least interference. Our crew will be putting the rake in these positions so when you have to use a rake please put it back into the position mentioned above. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter.

Cart Traffic on Tascosa Course: Please combine carts in all groups as the grass is tender and the less cart traffic the better. Bart is asking that everyone take it easy with no sharp turns. The grass is very tender at this time and any damage this time of year will probably exist until spring. Take it easy, no sharp turns and respect all the hard work that Bart and his crew has put forth to give you the best playing conditions possible.

Taking Care of the Course: I have mentioned it before but we, as members, need to take better care of our course. No matter whether you have a flag or not, no one should drive their cart closer than 30 feet from the green surface nor shall anyone drive their cart on a tee box. Also as you can tell around the edges of the cart paths we are repairing these areas, so please keep your cart on the concrete when parking instead of putting two tires on the path and the other tires on the grass. Bart is doing everything possible to detail the course and make it much more enjoyable for everyone to play, we need to do our part and take care of the golf course as well.

GOLF CART POLICY:We have noticed several rules being violated. We would like to remind you that actions taken by all members, regarding golf cart use, directly impact the condition of the golf courses. Golf cart use, while included in your dues, comes with certain responsibilities. We have detailed a couple of the more important rules below:

 Minimize the number of golf carts per group partner up! Private cart owners should allow their playing partners to ride with them!  We would like NO MORE THAN 3 CARTS IN ANY GROUP  If there are multiple flag privileged golfers in a group they should ride in the same cart(s) to minimize the number of flags in each group  Strict adherence to cart traffic control signs, ropes and any daily restrictions must be exercised

Damage to golf carts caused by member use will be the financial responsibility of the member operating the vehicle

Club Rules: Please abide by all club rules, anyone seen violating club rules will be notified of the offense by email and informed of the type of violation. * Do not be offended when we ask you to abide by the rules

Thank you for your cooperation!
