Twenty-four of these youth were hired into permanent healthcare setting employment, twenty at LifeBridge Health, earning an average hourly wage of $12.44.

As a result of these exceptional outcomes, VSP was asked by the Mayor’s Office of Employment Development to increase service capacity and serve a total of 50 youth during the 2020 HCA grant cycle.
