Lloyd Center is the cornerstone of the rapidly emerging Lloyd neighborhood. To reflect the diverse, energetic and evolving spirit of the community, we began our journey to update the iconic Lloyd Center in 2014.

The multi-million-dollar renovation project has seen the completion of a new entrance, food court, overhaul of the nation’s first open-air, indoor ice-rink and remodel of Lloyd Center’s signature three-story spiral staircase. With phase one of the renovation complete, we look forward to breaking ground on a new 16-theater cinema complete with full bar and luxury seating, a live music venue and local dining options.

We are thrilled to share this news and create an unrivaled experience reflective of our community’s unique culture within Lloyd Center. Please stay tuned for upcoming news and announcements!

8 Regal Entertainment Group will open a 14-screen theatre in Lloyd Center equipped with luxury seating and a full bar to provide Portland moviegoers with an unrivaled cinematic experience. The new theatre brings a welcome entertainment option for the growing Lloyd area, which has seen an influx of foot traffic accompanying new and planned developments, including the addition of approximately 1,300 apartments at the existing Regal theatre site near the mall.

Lloyd Center is adding over 130,000 square footage in additional dining and entertainments options. Of that, 50,000 square footage will be food and beverage.

Live Nation Concert Venue Opening in 2020 Live Nation’s new concert venue will be located on the top floor of the former Nordstrom building with a box office on the first floor.
