The proposed development is for 18 single-family attached homes. SDP-17-014 Near River Hill Submitted: 6/12/17 Zoning: R -ED Decision: Under Review Project Description: Site Development Plan for Phase I of The Enclave at River Hill development at the corner of Route 108 and Guilford Road in Clarksville, Maryland. Phase I will include 48 single-family detached homes. ECP-17-069 Near Owen Brown Submitted: 6/21/17 Zoning: R-12 Decision: Under Review Project Description: Owner has proposed six single-family detached homes at the terminus of Procopio circle, located west of Oakland Mills Road and north of Guilford Road. ADSP-72-025 Village of Oakland Mills Submitted: 6/23/17 Zoning: NT Decision: Approved by Howard County staff – June (contingent on Planning Board approval) Project Description: Owner proposed the addition of two new decks, an addition to the home and to obtain approval for an existing carport. F-17-104 Village of Harper’s Choice Submitted: 6/29/17 Zoning: NT Decision: Under Review Project Description: The submitted Final Plan proposes a new layout of the site from one lot to three lots. Harper’s Choice Middle School, a stormwater management facility and the proposed new police and fire station (previously Cedar Lane School) will each have its own lot.
