We report six new records of poorly known species of amphibians and reptiles on the basis of a new herpeto - logical collection from southern Vietnam: Ophryophryne gerti and Raorchestes gryllus from Khanh Hoa Province, Acan - thosaura coronata from Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province, Gekko grossmanni from Ninh Thuan Province, as well as Cylin - drophis ruffus and Oligodon cinereus pallidocinctus from Binh Phuoc Province .
