(2) In their notification, the Bulgarian authorities have exceptionally accepted to waive their right under Article 342 TFEU in conjunction with Article 3 of Regulation 1/19582 and to obtain a Commission decision on the matter in the English language. U takvom okruţenju uspijevaju samo kompanije koje se brzo i učinkovito prilagoĎavaju i mijenjaju. Djelotvorne promjene omogućuju razvoj i uspjeh, a ulaganje u razvoj i razlikovanje od drugih jedini su put opstanka. Liberalizacija hrvatskog zrakoplovnog trţišta posljednjih godina znatno je utjecala na povećanje potraţnje u meĎunarodnom redovnom putničkom prometu, čime zrakoplovno okruţenje u Hrvatskoj postaje sve zahtjevnije i dinamičnije. Dolaskom niskotarifnih avioprijevoznika u Hrvatsku, putnici imaju veći izbor nego ikad prije. Cilj ovog rada je ukazati na dinamiku i slojevitost zrakoplovnog trţišta u cjelini. S.p.A., the operator of Naples- Capodichino Airport (#883.OPS1). Reuters reported that F2i’s Board has asked CEO Vito Gamberale to discuss the airport deal, valued at EUR 150 to 200 million, with Ferrovial. The Spanish company holds a 65% stake in Capodichino Airport through BAA Airports Ltd. It intends to sell non-core assets such as Naples Airport to repay its massive debt, reported to be GBP 1.54 billion. “There are various interested parties in the airport and we are studying their proposals,” a source close to BAA’s parent company Ferrovial said. #885.1 Officials at Bologna Airport have begun a call of bids for the remodelling of the passenger terminal. An announcement was made in the European Union’s official gazette in order to determine which company will care for hub requalification, construction supervision, and security co-ordination during the project’s execution phase. A starting amount of EUR 21.5 million was mentioned. Work must be completed within 720 days from the assigned date. -

Travel 1. Arriving by airplane Minsk National Airport (MSQ) There are several Airlines that operate at Minsk National Airport, such as Belavia, Aeroflot, Airbaltic and Lufthansa. The airport is about 50 km from Minsk. An alternative low-budget connection to Minsk is to fly to Vilnius International Airport (VNO) and take the train from Vilnius to Minsk. Several low-cost airlines operate at Vilnius International Airport. The Vilnius International airport is about 200 km from Minsk and train are frequently operating between Minsk and Vilnius (see information below). Important! If you will choose this option you need to have a valid visa or a valid passport allowing to stay visa-free in Belarus. Information about visa process is in General information. Transport from the airport (MSQ) to the Minsk Central station (Minsk Tsentralnyi) Minsk Tsentralnyi is a bus stop near Minsk Central Train station (Babrujskaja 6). By bus: BUS № 300Э You can buy a ticket via the ticket machine at the airport, at the bus station by credit card, from a ticket agent at the bus stop or from bus driver by cash (BYN only). You can exchange money at the airport. The bus stop is located in front of Gate 5-6 (arrival hall). Journey time: 1 hour. Tourism Introduction Zadar County encompasses marine area from Island Pag to National Park Kornati and land area of Velebit, i.e. the central part of the Croatian coastline. This is the area of true natural beauty, inhabited from the Antique period, rich with cultural heritage, maritime tradition and hospitality. Zadar County is the heart of the Adriatic and the fulfilment of many sailors' dreams with its numerous islands as well as interesting and clean underwater. It can easily be accessed from the sea, by inland transport and airways. Inseparable unity of the past and the present can be seen everywhere. Natural beauties, cultural and historical monuments have been in harmony for centuries, because men lived in harmony with nature. History of Tourism in Zadar Tourism in Zadar has a long tradition. The historical yearbooks record that in June 1879 a group of excursionists from Vienna visited Zadar, in 1892 the City Beautification Society was founded (active until 1918), and in 1899 the Mountaineering and Tourism Society "Liburnia" was founded. At the beginning of the XX century, in March 1902 hotel Bristol was opened to the public (today's hotel Zagreb). Most important period for the development of tourism in Zadar County lasted from the 60's - 80's of the 20th century, when the majority of the hotel complexes were erected. -

(2) Between January and April 2016 several formal and informal contacts and information exchanges have taken place. The reply of the Lithuanian authorities to the Commission services' requests for information was received on 2 June 2016 and an update was received on 21 July 2016. 2 DESCRIPTION OF THE MEASURE 2.1 The beneficiary Vilnius airport/Lietuvos Oro Uostai (3) Since 1 July 2014, the operation of the three Lithuanian airports Vilnius, Kaunas and Palanga has been entrusted to the State-owned company Lietuvos Oro Uostai (LUO) ("Lithuanian Airports") under the control of the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
