In 1984, I began my career as a part-time agent at the real estate agency, Mason-McDuffie. The company, which was always known for its pioneering spirit, was a great fit for me because I’ve always been one to thrive on challenges. When I bought the company in 1991 the industry was in the midst of an economic downturn and new newest technology that we are accustomed to today was just starting to reach the consumer market. I knew the biggest challenge for me was to look down the road and make the decisions that would affect the future of our business.
