Nancy Hanks Lincoln Public Library Property of Nancy Hanks Lincoln Public Library Issue #14 March-April 2017 An Independent Free Speech Newspaper for Socially Conscious Citizens Everywhere A Nancy Hanks Lincoln Public Library Online Publication Opinion America Trump Freak Show is No Laughing Matter Oh well, here’s another email I just HAD to send. Surprise, we got the reality show we wanted but it’s definitely not TV ready. Even before Donald Trump started his pretend role as President, that dumb piece of poop started whining about crowds that showed up to watch him fuck up his moronic speech that we know he didn’t write and probably didn’t bother to read or even glance at before he read it for the smallest crowd ever at a swearing-in of a President. From there it only got worse as he spent more time crying his eyes out Staff & Contact Info—Page 2 that the media wasn’t being fair. Then things got even Our World—Page 3 worse when that dumbass sent one of his lapdogs, otherwise known as Sean Spicer—who proceeded to Social Issues—Pages 4-5 try and create a completely fictionalized version of Life & Times—Pages 6-7 reality, thinking no one would dare strike back. Well, of Series USA—Pages 8-9 course everyone did, and just when you think Trump Crime & Punishment—Pages 10-11 would lick his wounds and slink back under the rock he lives under, he ordered another one of his lapdogs, a A Year in Photographs—Pages 12-13 human scarecrow (and I do mean SCARE) named Book Excerpts—Pages 14-15 Kellyanne Conway to try and pass off another big Reprints—Pages 16-19 whopper that she stated was “alternative facts.” As Interactive Sites—Pages 20-25 this dumb Trump whore proceeded to lie on air to NBC the heat only intensified. Of course, as you can guess, Corner Cafe—Page 26 Saturday Night Live couldn’t wait to parody this fiasco as only they could, and yes, THEY did. Melissa McCarthy played Spicer to the hilt that same week and it became the talk of the next week. She did such a good job that she instantly rivaled Alec Baldwin as Trump. Expect Emmy nods come later this year. And hey, if you think things couldn’t get any more like a bad soap opera, well, think again. Less than two weeks later Trump pissed off Mexico and Australia and kissed ass even further in favor of Russia all the while spilling one lie after another, then creating totally insane made up events, including having a ridiculous claim of a fake massacre play out like it really happened, only to be publicly debunked by the media for outright lying. And yes, even in the face of more scandal, Trump and his sad team of idiots orchestrated a ban of Muslims only to be struck down hard by the legal system. Could a cable series be far behind? They seem to treat everything as if they’re grading on a curve. They’re not for his Cabinet and aggressive about the stories they cover and whine endlessly when they are criticized or made fun of. It should be so easy to look at and see what they’re Complains at Being Called doing wrong but yet they still can’t see mistakes being made on a daily basis. Some of them try but most just Racist and Putin’s Puppet throw up their hands and act like it’s hopeless so why Can You Say Loser? bother trying to dig deeper than they have to. CNN has a major problem with kissing-up to those they #putinspuppet interview, to the point it seems like you’re watching The circus has come to town, oops, I mean to the Entertainment Tonight or Access Hollywood rather than office of President.

Paul Abrahamian (23) (pron Ab-ra-HAY-me-en) Hometown: Tarzana, Calif. Current City: Tarzana, Calif. Occupation: Clothing Designer Three adjectives that describe you: Honest, spontaneous and energetic. Favorite Activities: I love to play music so a jam session is always good. I love going to shows and concerts for the crowd surfing, mosh pits, stage diving, all the fun stuff. Traveling, hiking and sightseeing are definitely solid activities. I enjoy the outdoors – like the woods and mountains. I'm a thrill seeker, so essentially anything that can fuel that. I do enjoy a good night out with the friends at a fun speakeasy bar in L.A., like Davey Wayne’s and No Vacancy. What do you think will be the most difficult part about living inside the Big Brother house: I'd say adapting to everyone's personalities, dynamics, likes, dislikes, all at once. Also, feeling people out and seeing just how much of my blunt and dry humor they can take. I'm not worried about it - I thrive on situations and circumstances like this. Do you have a strategy for winning the game: If there's one trait that I'm confident about, it's that I'm sneaky. I'm very observant, remember things and handle high stress situations well. I’ll probably use people's weaknesses against them. It's very hard to get underneath my skin, but very easy for me to get underneath yours so I think I can mentally crack any member. I'm really good at getting people to do what I want.

  • Another Thing Coming, Judas Priest 50 Ways to Leave Your Lover, Paul
Southern Command Network, Welcome to the Jungle, 1989 Following the U.S. intervention in Panama, Manuel Antonio Noriega sought asylum in the Vatican City’s diplomatic offices. To compel him to leave, U.S. forces blasted rock and roll played by the U.S. Southern Command’s radio station, SCN, toward the Vatican’s building. After a protest from the Vatican, the music stopped. It is not uncommon for SCN radio to play requests on our live programs. We went live at approximately 0430 20 December 1989. At 0620 we joined an ABC news report in progress, followed by SCN TV audio at 0710—which was airing on CNN. At approximately 1500 we began airing all the 5 minute newscasts sent by AFRTS-BC and filled with music and information. We did not take any requests 20 December so we would not tie up phone lines. We told the audience not to use the phone unless it was an emergency or official business. We opened the request line 21 December. Requests were light until late in the day and Friday when they started picking up. At first we received requests from kids stuck at home and a few military units. When the troops started coming in from the field, the requests became quite imaginative. Canine handlers called asking for David Bowie, “Flesh for Fantasy,” the Marine Corps Combat Security Company called saying they were going on a mission and needed a song to pump them up. The song was “Welcome to the Jungle” by Guns and Roses, a song which had been requested many times already.
