Dr. Hendrik Nollens has been working directly with cetaceans since 2007. He has performed all aspects of veterinary care of dolphins and whales, including: diagnostic imaging, medical interventions, sedation, anesthesia, restraint, supportive therapy, and preventative medicine, and he has advised on cetacean nutrition, husbandry and husbandry training. Since 2016, Dr. Nollens has overseen the husbandry and veterinary care of animals at all three SeaWorld parks, including the Pacific white-sided dolphins at SeaWorld of Texas. Over the past 11 years, Dr. Nollens has attended over 20 ground and air transports.

Eric Otjen has been working with marine mammals for over 30 years. He has extensive experience in handling, care and transport of beluga whales, killer whales and other various species of dolphins, walrus, sea lions, sea otters, harbor and ringed seals, turtles, as well as various bird species. He is currently responsible for planning, coordinating and executing animal transports for SeaWorld. Over the past 25 years, Eric Otjen has organized and conducted over 50 ground and air transports of bottlenose dolphins, pilot whales, killer whales and beluga whales. Katie Kolodziej has been part of the training, care, and oversight of marine mammals at SeaWorld Texas since 1998. This includes the training of all husbandry, guest interaction, and general public presentation behaviors. Currently, she oversees the and Pacific White-sided Area at SeaWorld of Texas, which includes the care of five Pacific white- sided dolphins. Katie has participated in one beluga air transport. She participated in prepping the beluga and loading him for the transport and was with him during the flight, monitoring his behavior and health (respirations). Katie also participated in the unloading and acclimation process at SeaWorld of Texas.

Dr. Jennifer Camilleri first began working with Pacific white-sided dolphins as a behaviorist in 2010, facilitating veterinary care with the use of co-operative husbandry behaviors. Now as a veterinarian, she currently oversees the medical care of these dolphins at SeaWorld of Texas. Nutrition, sample collection, diagnostic imaging, therapeutic and preventative medical care are just a few of the different ways she is involved with the Pacific white-sided dolphins. Dr. Camilleri has helped to care for eight different Pacific white-sided dolphins over the course of her career.

Dr. Steve Osborn has been working directly with Pacific white-sided dolphins and other marine mammals since 2005. He has performed all aspects of veterinary care with Pacific white-sided dolphins, including: nutrition, husbandry, husbandry training, diagnostic imaging, medical interventions, sedation, restraint, transport, supportive therapy, and preventative medicine. Since 2005 he has overseen the husbandry and care of nine Pacific white-sided dolphins while at SeaWorld of Texas. He has been on ten air transports of marine mammals and several additional ground transports.

Jennifer Mairot has been part of the training, care, and oversight of marine mammals since 1986. This includes the training of all husbandry, guest interaction, and general public presentation behaviors. Currently, she oversees all zoological operations at SeaWorld of Texas, which includes the care of five Pacific white-sided dolphins.
