With this introduction an agency platform has been added to the system, which will be available for you. Thereby you can exchange information on candidates with the Bosch Group more easily. You will be informed about open positions in time, and can present your candidates online and secure. What does this mean to you as an agency user? In future, new positions (e.g. for leasing) of the Bosch Group will be published via the agency platform. You will receive an Internet-Link, a user name and a password in order to access the system. As a result, your registered agency employees have access to this platform on the internet and can intro- duce candidates. There are different ways of transferring candidates to us: quickly, by uploading a CV / candidate profile, or in detail, by making use of our online profile maintenance. The handling of the system is very simple. In addition, a WBT (Web Based Training) as well as a user documentation explaining the functions is avail- able for you. Furthermore, you have to inform your associates about this agreement as well as the attached data privacy statement and the regulations according to §5 BDSG of the confidentiality commitment. Agreements that have been taken before will not be affected. The documentation concerning the received information concerning the sys- tem and about the agreements made here are filed by you. You hereby agree to allocate this documentation for viewing purpose upon request for reasons of data privacy verifications. All documents can be found on our website. We herewith agree that you request the candidates’ agreement, that the can- didates are aware of our data privacy statement and that the decision con- cerning the profile release / profile closure has been taken in agreement with the candidate. We assume the candidate’s agreement to further processing of his data by us and the electronic data storage in our system. Moreover, it is your responsibility that these data are correct and true. You may view or up- date the data you allocated to us any time. How will you be informed about a new position? In case a new position is being released, you will be informed via E-mail to your central E-mail address. At the same time, all employees of your agency who have a user for the system will be able to view the posting. The distribu- tion / assignment of the posting within your agency is to be organized by you. What are the advantages of the new system for you?
