THIRD REGULAR SESSION, 2020 C.R. NO. 21-102

A RESOLUTION

Expressing the sincere congratulations and best wishes of the Congress of the Federated States of Micronesia for successful terms of office to the newly elected Pohnpei State Governor, the Honorable Reed B. Oliver, and the Lieutenant Governor, the Honorable Feliciano Perman. 1 WHEREAS, the results from the Pohnpei State elections held on 2 November 12, 2019 have been certified and the newly elected 3 Pohnpei State Governor and Lieutenant Governor have meet all the 4 legal criteria for holding these Pohnpei State offices; and 5 WHEREAS, the newly elected Governor of the state of Pohnpei 6 is Reed B. Oliver and the Lieutenant Governor of the State of 7 Pohnpei is Feliciano Perman; and 8 WHEREAS, the Twenty-First Congress of the Federated States of 9 Micronesia holds the newly elected Pohnpei State Governor and 10 Lieutenant Governor in the highest regard and appreciates each 11 individual’s commitment and experience; now, therefore, 12 BE IT RESOLVED by the Twenty-First Congress of the Federated 13 States of Micronesia, Third Regular Session, 2020, that Congress 14 expresses its sincere congratulations and best wishes for 15 successful terms of office to the newly elected Pohnpei State 16 Governor, the Honorable Reed B. Oliver, and the Lieutenant
