1862

We regret to record the sudden death of Mr Simeon Viveash, of Berwick Bassett, which took place on Monday evening. Mr Viveash was about to leave home to spend the evening at a friend’s house, and had just gone into his garden when he dropped dead upon the path without a moment’s previous warning. He was a man generally beloved by his neighbours rich and poor, and has left a widow and a large family to deplore their loss. Devizes and Wiltshire Gazette Thursday 13 March 1862
