Four hundred and ten members were enrolled up to April 2017 out of which one hundred and fifty members were participated in the program. The program was flagged off by Sri Muttamsetti Srinivasa Rao Garu, Member of Parliament, Anakapalle Constituency, Chairman and founder of Avanthi group of colleges, was the chief guest and Prof. B Satyam, Director, AIET was the Guest of Honor attended along with Dr V S V Prabhakar, Principal . Sri Muttamsetti Srinivasa Rao Garu opined that the alumni should act like brand ambassadors of the institute and should maintain Neutral relationship with the institute. Prof. B Satyam said that alumnus should stand as a backbone of the college and they should represent the values in the society and their association should remain forever.
