PGAs of Europe – 2018 Ryder Cup PGA Member Ticketing 2018 RYDER CUP PGA MEMBER TICKETING Le Golf National, Paris France Sept 25-30, 2018 PGA Members from PGAs of Europe Full Member Countries are entitled to 1 daily ticket per day or season ticket for free, and 1 daily ticket per day or season ticket with a 50% discount. The process of buying tickets is different to previous years in that you must pre-register your interest before gaining a unique access code that will allow you to purchase tickets when the PGA Member platform goes live at the end of January 2018. PROCESS PGA Members must pre-register their interest in obtaining tickets by sending their full name, email address, and membership number to their PGA by 1st December 1. 2017. Take care to ensure the information you provide is correct. After 1st December, each PGA will share this information with Ryder Cup Europe Group’s ticketing suppliers. 2. At the end of January 2018 PGA Members who registered interest will be sent, via email, a unique access code, along with the link to access the ticketing platform. This access code and your email address will allow you to log into the Ryder Cup ticketing platform. You will not be able to enter the ticketing platform without this 3. access code, so it is important you keep it safe. The access code and platform will be active for 15 days. There is a limit of 2,000 tickets per day for PGA Members, so tickets will be allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. After the purchase/booking is made, you will be asked to upload a photo. Details on how to do this will be shared within six weeks of ticket purchase. 4. The costs of your tickets will be debited from the credit / debit card given at the time of booking. Tickets will be shipped to the address indicated during the purchase/booking process (shipment will start in Summer 2018). PLEASE NOTE: For the purposes of administering PGA Members’ ticket accounts and to enable them to be register for, book, purchase and receive any Ryder Cup tickets that are ordered, your PGA must share your personal data – in a secure manner – with the ticketing services and fulfilment supplier(s) engaged for those purposes by the Ryder Cup Europe Group. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQS) Q - Why have you changed the ticket application process? A - Increased security around the Ryder Cup matches mean that Ryder Cup Europe are unable to process applications manually. Q - Can I bring a different person each day? A - Yes, you can change your guest, but you will have to provide their details. Q - Can I change my guest details? A - No, once you have submitted your guest details, you cannot change them. You do not have to supply your guest details straight away so you have some time to consider / decide. Q - Can I obtain additional tickets if I want to bring more than one guest? A - No, the Members’ ticket offer is strictly limited to 1 guest ticket. Q – Can I buy tickets / additional tickets on “the door/gate”? A - No, because of the increased security Ryder Cup Europe are unable to provide tickets to any Member who has not ordered them in advance. Q - If I can’t come, can I pass my ticket onto someone else? A - No, the ticket is only for you and cannot be passed on. Q - Do I have to use my ticket? A - Yes, Members will again have to “sign in” at the PGA Members’ marquee on site. Members who order but don’t use tickets may be prevented from ordering tickets for future matches. Q - Do I have to attend the matches or can my guest just go on their own? A - No, you have to attend with your guest. Q - Is car parking available? A – Please see www.rydercup.com/transport for parking and public transport information. Q – Can I bring a child under 6 into the matches and do they require a ticket?
