PGA MEMBER APPLICATION PROCESS FOR 2018 RYDER CUP TICKETS Should you wish to apply for tickets, increased security requirements around the Ryder Cup require you to complete an electronic application via a secure ticketing platform operated by Ryder Cup 2018 Commercial Limited. The following steps outline the process that will occur AFTER you have registered. You must register before January 4, 2018. BOOKING AND/OR PURCHASING TICKETS At the end of January 2018 you will be sent via email a unique access code, along with the link to access the ticketing platform. This access code and your email address will allow you to log into the Ryder Cup ticketing platform. You will not be able to enter the ticketing platform without this access code, so it is important that you do not delete it. The access code and platform will be active for 15 days. After the purchase/booking is made, you will be asked to upload a photo. Details on how to do this will be shared within six weeks of ticket purchase. The costs of your tickets will be debited from your credit / debit card at the time of booking. Tickets will be shipped to the address indicated during the purchase/booking process (shipment will start in Summer 2018). In order to buy the additional ticket you will need to know the full name, email address and date of birth of the other people for whom you will be buying tickets. **PLEASE NOTE: that once you buy the tickets, you will not be able to change any of the details provided. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 1Q - Why have you changed the ticket application process? A – Due to increased security around the Ryder Cup, we are no longer accepting manual applications for tickets. 2Q - Can I bring a different person each day? A - Yes, you can bring a different person each day, but you will have to provide their pertinent details. 3Q - Can I change my guest details? A - No, once you have submitted your guest details, you cannot change them. 4Q - Can I obtain additional tickets if I want to bring more than one guest? A - No, the Member ticket offer is strictly limited to one guest ticket. 5Q - Can I buy tickets / additional tickets on “the door” or at “the gate”? A – No, due to increased security, tickets will not be provided to any Member who has not ordered them in advance. 2 6Q - If I can’t come, can I pass my ticket onto someone else? A - No, the ticket is strictly non-transferable. 7Q - Do I have to use my ticket? A - Yes, Members will be required to “sign in” at the PGA Member marquee on-site at Le Golf National. Members who order and do not use their ticket(s) may be prevented from ordering tickets for future Ryder Cup Matches. 8Q - Do I have to attend the Matches or can my guest just go on their own? A – You must attend with your guest. 9Q -Is car parking available? A – Please see www.rydercup.com/transport. 10Q – Can I bring a child under 6 into the Matches and do they require a ticket? A – Children under 6 years old will not be allowed to attend the Matches. PLEASE NOTE: For the purposes of administering your ticket account and to enable you to register for, book, purchase and receive any Ryder Cup tickets that you order we must share your personal data – in a secure manner – with the ticketing services and fulfilment supplier(s) engaged for those purposes by the Ryder Cup Europe Group.
