6:00 AM Charter motorcoaches arrive at Fairfield High School for loading. 605 East Broadway Ave. Fairfield, IA 52556
7:00 AM (C.D.T.) Depart Fairfield, IA, for Cocoa Beach, FL. Drive time is approximately 20 hours. Adding three 1-hour meal stops and three 20-minute rest stops, your total estimated drive time is 24 hours. Meals enroute are on your own.
Be sure to have any beach needs in a carry-on bag with you, INCLUDING beach towels.
SUNDAY, MARCH 22, 2009 MEALS INCLUDED: L
8:00 AM (E.D.T.) Arrive at Ron Jon's Surf Shop, Cocoa Beach.

Pick up the latest fashion in beachwear in Florida's most famous store before hitting the beach!!
9:30 AM Board motor coaches and transfer to the Holiday Inn Cocoa Beach Resort.
While you are at the Holiday Inn, enjoy the Beautiful Sandy Beach on the Atlantic!! You will also have access to six changing rooms at the hotel.
12:30 PM All-You-Can-Eat Barbecue Lunch Buffet. Tentative menu to include: Smoked Pork Ribs

7:00 PM Attend a performance of Blue Man Group at Universal City Walk (tickets are as available; price has been estimated).

9:00 AM Arrive at the Walt Disney World Resort Ticket and Transportation Center. From here you will be able to visit your choice of parks: Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios or Disney’s Animal Kingdom. *Pending Disney Magic Music Days application and acceptance: The performance by the Fairfield High School Band will be sometime during your visit. Your itinerary will be updated when Disney Magic Music Days assigns your performance times and venues.
Your Disney Magic Music Days “You’re Instrumental” and “Auxilaration” workshops will also be scheduled sometime during your visit to Orlando. Your itinerary will be updated when the workshop time is confirmed.

9:00 AM Arrive at Universal Orlando. Your one-day, one-park pass provides admission to your choice of either Universal Studios OR Islands of Adventure. You may also choose to spend some time in the adjacent Universal City Walk area, with its many shops and restaurants.
Meals in the park are on your own.
10:00 PM Board coaches and begin your return trip to Fairfield. Meals en route are on your own.
