INTRODUCTION 1.1 This Statement of Case is submitted by Bristol Airport Action Network Coordinating Committee (“BAAN CC” or “BAAN”), which campaigns for the wellbeing of people and planet in opposing the application by Bristol Airport Limited (”the Appellant”) to expand Bristol Airport.
