HATCH, A U.S. SENATOR FROM UTAH, CHAIRMAN, COMMITTEE ON FINANCE The CHAIRMAN. The committee will come to order. Before we begin the hearing, I just want to take a moment to express my sor- row for the horrific events that took place last night in Charleston, SC.
