Promotion Period The Promotion starts at 1.45pm [AEDT] on 01/01/2019. The Promotion closes at 5.45pm [AEDT] on 10/02/2019. No entries will be accepted after this time. Relevant State(s) Victoria only Entry Restrictions Entry is open to residents of Victoria aged 13 years or older at the commencement of the Promotion (Eligible Entrants) Entrants must enter the competition at one of the Melbourne Stars home matches across BBL|08 at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). Verification Entrants must retain the digital coupon sent to their mobile phone to claim any prize. Requirements Entry Procedure To enter, Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period: • Download the Big Bash Buddy mobile app and select the Melbourne Stars as the club of choice • Attend a Melbourne Stars MCG home match during the BBL|08 (2018-19) season • Open the Big Bash Buddy App on their mobile phone / device when prompted in-stadium by event staff / big screen, and select the ‘OPPO Mascot Race’ from the app’s games menu • Select your Game Character to race (either Starman, Starlet or Steven Seagull) • When prompted by the big screen, tap on your phone / device as fast as possible to make your Game Character run for the duration of the race. • Once the race is over, one of the three Game Characters will be declared the winner of the race based on collective data o If you selected the winning Game Character, you will be declared a Game Winner o If you selected one of the two losing Game Characters, you will be declared a Game Loser. In addition to the above Entry Procedure, three Eligible Entrants will be selected to participate in this Promotion on-field at each Melbourne Stars MCG home match. They will be selected via the ‘Team Green Cam’ fan cam during the first innings of the BBL – men’s match at each MCG home game in BBL|08. These three on-field Eligible Entrants are the only three Eligible Entrants permitted to win the Major Prize listed below. You can only enter the promotion once per Melbourne Stars home match. Maximum Number of There is a maximum of one entry per mobile phone device at each Melbourne Stars Entries MCG home match in the BBL|08 season. Who can enter … and who can’t 4. The eligibility requirements for this Promotion are set out in the Entry Restrictions. Directors, managers, employees, officers, agents and contractors of the Promoter, and their immediate families (ie spouse, partner, parent, grandparent, natural or adopted child, and sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent)) are ineligible to enter.     TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AUSTRALIAN CRICKET FAMILY (ACF) AND ACF GOLD PRIORITY TICKET ACCESS PERIODS FOR THE 2018-19 INTERNATIONAL CRICKET SEASON In consideration of Cricket Australia granting you, as an Eligible ACF Member, the opportunity to participate in the Priority Access Ticket Offer for the 2018-19 International Cricket season, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. 1. Definitions ACF Gold Priority Access Period is the access period for Eligible ACF Members who are Eligible Gold Access Members. The applicable ACF Gold Priority Access Period for each state is set out under the definition of Priority Booking Period below. ACF Membership Number means the verification number to be provided to members of the Australian Cricket Family and which will be required to participate in the ACF Priority Access Period or ACF Gold Priority Access Period (as applicable). ACF Priority Access Period is the access period for Eligible ACF Members who do not have access to the ACF Gold Priority Access (that is, who are not Eligible Gold Access Members but are Eligible ACF Members). Access to tickets for this group begins on Wednesday 6 June 2018. The applicable ACF Priority Access Period for each state is set out under the definition of Priority Booking Period below. Administration Fee means a fee which may be retained by Cricket Australia at its discretion for the purpose of reimbursing Cricket Australia for any costs incurred in processing a refund of monies paid for Tickets which are cancelled due to a breach of these terms and conditions.
