ABOUT US A hallmark event on the artistic and cultural scene Under the auspices of the French Senate, the 1st Globes de Cristal Ceremony was held in March 2006. It is the only event in which those voting are not industry professionals, but specialised journalists. Since 2007, the Globes de Cristal have been broadcast on television. The event, the only one of its kind, reflects all the depth and breadth of contemporary artistic creation. In stride with the latest trends, the Globes de Cristal ceremony has become a major event which, this year, is opening up to the international scene with the arrival of new categories: “Best Foreign Film” and “Best Foreign Television Series”.
