Our vision is to be an outstanding promoter of Tasmanian heritage history and natural beauties. Therefore, our mission is to be flexible and ready to accommodate your requirements and to give you the best value for your money.

In addition to the standard list of tours we are happy to accommodate your special requirements and wishes. We are more than happy to work with you to design tours that are most suitable for you. Please feel free to talk to us.

1. A minimum number of passengers is required for each tour. If this number is not available then a minimum fee is applied for each trip to go ahead. 2. No 1. Hobart Waterfront-Salamanca-Battery Point-Sandy Bay-Casino-The University of Tasmania-Mt Nelson Signal Station

This tour is a 20 km circuit around Hobart’s main landmarks. The trip includes the Hobart waterfront area where the Sydney to Hobart yacht races finish; Salamanca, where every Saturday Salamanca Market is held; historic Battery Point with well-preserved historic homes and buildings; Sandy Bay, a popular and prestigious area in Hobart; Hobart’s Casino, the first and oldest Casino in ; the University of Tasmania and Mt Nelson Signal Station. Details of the trip are:

 Start: From your accommodation place;  Drive to Hobart’s Waterfront along the Constitution Dock, Elizabeth St Pier;  Drive to Salamanca;  Drive to Battery Point and Arthur Circus;  Drive along Sandy Bay Road to the Casino (entry optional);  Drive uphill along Nelson Road to the Mt Nelson Signal Station;  Return to Hobart CBD via the Southern Outlet;  Total time: 2 hours (approx.).

No 2. Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary-Zoodoo Wildlife Park-Richmond

This 66 km ring tour around Hobart’s north-east suburbs includes three main features: Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary, Zoodoo Wildlife Park and historic Richmond. Details of the trip are:

 Start: From your accommodation place;  Drive to Bonorong Wildlife Sanctuary;  Drive to Zoodoo Wildlife Park;  Drive to Richmond;  Trip back to Hobart to your accommodation place.  Total time: half a day (approx.)

Richmond is located in the wine region. Some Vineyards are open all the year around, some not. Happy to discuss with you details before the trip. No 3. Queens Domain and Soldiers Memorial Park-Royal Botanical Gardens-Mt Wellington-Mt Nelson Signal Station-Shot Tower

This tour includes: a very easy 2.2 km walk around the Queens Domain with 360 degree views of Hobart; a visit to the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens; a drive to the top of Mt Wellington and on the way back a visit to Mt Nelson lookout and Signal Station and Shot Tower in Taroona.

Details of the trip are:

 Start: Drive from your accommodation place to the Queens Domain;  A very easy 2.2 km walk around the Domain with 360 degree views of Hobart;  Walk along the Soldiers Memorial Park on the Domain;  Visit to the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens on the Domain;  Trip from the Domain to the top of Mt Wellington;  Drive to Mt Nelson lookout and Signal Station;  Drive to Shot Tower;

 Drive back to Hobart via Casino and Sandy Bay.  Total time: May require a full day.

Light walking/sport shoes are recommended for walking around the Domain.

Prices: Adult $60, Child $30. Minimum fee $350.

No 4. Penitentiary Chapel historic site-Cascade Brewery and Female Prison ruins in South Hobart-Mt Wellington

The tour starts with a visit to the Penitentiary Chapel historic site in Hobart, then includes a visit to the oldest brewery in Australia, Cascade Brewery in South Hobart and the nearby ruins of the Female Prison; then finishes with a drive to the top of Mt Wellington.

Details of the trip are:  Start in Brisbane Street in Hobart visiting the Penitentiary Chapel;  Visit to Cascade Brewery and Cascade Gardens;  Visit to the ruins of the Female Factory and female prison historic site;  Drive to the top of Mt Wellington;  Total time: half a day (approx.).

Not Included: Entry fees to the Penitentiary Chapel, Cascade Brewery tour and entry fees to the Female Prison.

No 5. Mona-Cadbury Chocolate Factory Visitor Centre

MONA (Museum of Old and Modern Art) is very quickly becoming the most popular tourist destination in Tasmania. Not far from MONA is the Cadbury Chocolate Factory Visitor Centre and retail shop. Factory tours are not currently offered by Cadburys.

Details of the trip are:

 Drive north along the Derwent River to Berriedale where MONA is located. MONA offers: . Tours to the Museum; . Beer tasting and visit to Moo Brew Micro Brewery; . Wine tasting at Moorila Winery;  Visit to the Cadbury Chocolate Factory Visitor Centre;  Total time: Half a day (approx.)

No 6. Salmon Ponds heritage trout hatchery and gardens-Mt Field National Park

The tour includes a 70 km drive from North Hobart, along Derwent River via to Salmon Ponds heritage trout hatchery and gardens, and onto Mt Field National Park. The Mt Field National Park offers a short, very easy walk to Russel Falls, and more demanding walks to Horseshoe Falls and Lady Baron Falls. Light walking/sport shoes are required for walks in the Mt Field National Park.

Details of the trip are:

 Drive from Hobart, along Derwent River north;  Stop at the Salmon Ponds north from New Norfolk;  Drive to Mt Field National Park; o An easy short walk to Russel Falls; o A more demanding walk to Horseshoe Falls; o A more demanding walk to Lady Baron Falls;  Total trip time: can be an all day tour.

No 7. Salmon Ponds-Mt Field National Park-Lake Pedder-Gordon hydro power station dam

This tour, in addition to the details in the Tour No 6 to Mt Field National Park, includes a further drive to Lake Pedder and and finishes at the sensational 140m high Gordon hydro power station dam.

In addition to the details described in the Tour No 6 this tour includes:

 Stop at the lookout at the forest;  Stop at the McPartlan Canal connecting Lake Pedder and Lake Gordon;  Drive along Lake Pedder and stop at Lake Pedder lookout at Strathgordon;  Drive further to, and a walk along, the 140 m high Gordon hydro power station dam;  Total time: Full day.

The combined tours 6 and 7 involve a round trip of approximately 320km. Light walking/sport shoes are required for walks in the Mt Field National Park and Franklin- Gordon Wild Rivers National Park. No 8. Highlands of Tasmania-Lake St Clair National Park

This is a tour to the highlands of Tasmania, to the very start of the Derwent River at the deepest natural lake in Australia, Lake St Clair. The trip passes through beautiful countryside with valleys and mountains, 10 hydro power stations on the Derwent/Nive Rivers and finishes at the spectacular Lake St Clair National Park. The trip also includes a visit to the Wall gallery in Derwent Bridge.

Details of the trip are:

 Drive north from Hobart, along Derwent River;  Short stop at Meadowbank Lake;  Short stop at the Repulse hydro power station dam;  Short stop at Liapootah hydro power station;  Short stop at lookout;  Stop at the Wall art gallery;  Last stop Lake St Clair National Park (after minimum 3 hours drive from Hobart);  Total time: Full day

No 9. West Coast of Tasmania Tour- From Hobart to Strahan (2 days)

This is a tour to the west coast of Tasmania to Strahan at via . It is an extension of Tour No 8. Due to the distance, and potentially many stops as explained in Tour No 8, it is recommended that a minimum of two days be allowed for this trip. Therefore, accommodation in Strahan should be booked in advance.

The West Coast of Tasmania and Strahan have a strong Tasmanian convict history (from 1820 to 1840) and hydro power generation development (in 1970s). Now they are important tourist destinations and have a growing salmon farming and processing industry. If this tour is organised as a two day tour then details of the trip may include:

 Drive north from Hobart, along Derwent River;  Stop at Tarraleah lookout;  Stop at the Wall art gallery;  Stop at the Lake St Clair National Park after three hours drive from Hobart; 1st day  Stop at Nelson Falls;  Stop at Queenstown and wander around township;  Arrive at Strahan and to the accommodation place;  cruise to the World Heritage listed area includes o Sarah Island tour; o Trip to Hell’s Gate, the entry into Macquarie harbour; 2nd day  Drive back to Hobart  Total trip time may require full two days;

Includes: Entry fees into Lake St Clair National Park

No 10. Port Arthur Historic Site

This is a trip to the famous Port Arthur town and former convict settlement.

Details of the trip are:  Start: Drive south east towards Tasman peninsula;  First short stop at Tessellated Pavements;  Second stop at the Blowhole, Tasman Arch and Devils Kitchen;  Guided tour around more than 30 historic buildings and ruins at Port Arthur site;  Optional Isle of the Dead Cemetery Tour;

 Optional Point Puer Boy’s Prison Tour;  Optional visit to Coal Mines Historic site;  Total trip timing: May require a full day.

Not Included: Entry fees to the Port Arthur Historic Site or any of the optional tours. (Visit to Port Arthur historic site depends on your time, what you want to see and what you want to do. Different passes are available: bronze, silver, gold, after dark pass, ghost tour, and ticket of leave. No 11. East Coast of Tasmania Tour-Freycinet National Park (Wineglass Bay)

This is a trip along the beautiful Tasmanian East Coast. The road passes little coastal townships such us Orford, Triabunna, Swansea and Coles Bay. Some of the best Tasmanian vineyards are also there such us Devils Corner, Milton, Spring Vale, Gala Estate and Freycinet.

Details of the trip are:

 Drive towards the airport and East Coast of Tasmania;  Short stop at Orford and at Swansea;  After 2-3 hours driving arrive at Coles Bay and Freycinet National Park;  Walk to the Wineglass Bay lookout (walk down to Wineglass Bay beach optional);  Drive to the historic nearby Cape Tourville Lighthouse;  On the way back stop at Freycinet, Devils Corner or Spring Vale vineyards;  Total trip time: Full day.

Includes: Entry fees to the National Park.

Not included: A longer, circle walk to the Wineglass Bay beach and walk around Hazard Beach back to the parking area. Can be included if required.

No 12. South Tasmania Tour-Tahune Forest AirWalk - Snowy Range Trout Fish Farm

Tahune AirWalk is a Forestry Tasmania development created for visitors to enjoy the Tasmanian forest and beautiful views of Huon and Picton rivers. It is located in the Hartz Mountain National Park. The road passes little townships such us , Franklin and famous for apple orchards, vineyards and now salmon growing industry.

Details of the trip are:  Drive South via Huon Highway and Arve Road;  Stop at Huonville if required;  After 1-2 hours drive arrive at Tahune Forest AirWalk;  On way back visit to Snowy Range Trout Fish Farm;  Visit to Home Hill cellar and Winery in Huonville;  Total time: Full day. Includes: Entry fees to the National Park; Not included: Entry fees to Tahune AirWalk and Snowy Range Trout Fish Farm;

No 13. South of Tasmania Tour-Hastings Caves and Cockle Creek tour

This tour has two distinctive features; the Hastings thermal pool and Hastings Caves. As with the tour No 12 this tour passes little townships such us Huonville, Franklin, Geeveston and Dover, famous for apple orchards, vineyards, and the salmon farming and sea food processing industry. Details of the trip are:

 Drive south via Huon Highway;  Stop at Huonville, or at Dover if required;  After 1-2 hours drive arrive at Hastings;  Spend time at the thermal water pool and bbq area and/or walk in the forest;  Visit Hastings Caves;  Drive to Cockle Creek (optional);  On the way back visit the Home Hill Winery  Total time: Full day.

No 14. One day on Bruny Island

Bruny Island, and in particular Adventure Bay, is a place where many explorers in the past landed. They sheltered from strong winds in which caused difficulties to enter the Derwent River mouth on the way to Hobart Port. Abel Tasman was there in 1642, Tobias Furneaux in 1773, James Cook's two ships in 1777, Bruni d'Entrecasteaux in 1792 and Matthew Flinders in 1792. Now, it is a very popular tourist one-day destination because of the well-preserved nature, cheese and chocolate factories, wine industry and its aboriginal history.

Details of the trip are:

 Drive south via to the Kettering ferry station;  Cross the Great Bay by ;  Visit the Bruny Island Cheese Factory;  Stop at Bruny Island Neck and do a short walk to lookout and memorial;  Drive to Adventure Bay;  Stop at HIBA Chocolate and Fudge factory;  Visit the Bligh Museum of Pacific Exploration;  Stop at Lunawanna winery and vineyard;  Drive to ;  Total time: Full day.

No 15. One day in Launceston

This tour is a one day return trip to Launceston via the Heritage Highway. Launceston is the second largest populated city in Tasmania and together with Hobart, one of the oldest places in Australia.

This trip includes visit to major features in Launceston such as:
