Use up spray cans or LPG canisters because there is a danger that they might explode. Please break furniture into pieces before bringing it in. Fee: 450 yen What is issued: your own present certificate of individual records and its copy (Your registered domicile and address need to be in Numazu City.) Attention: You can’t get a certified copy of Closed Family Register or a certified copy of Invalidated Family Register. If your resident registration hasn’t been done in Numazu City, you can’t make use of this service. The change of the contents may not be reflected within 2 weeks after you report your family register. *Available hours: 6:30 ~ 23:00 You can’t use this service during the following periods. Then, the team changed its name to “Numazu Koryo Club”, adopting its current name “Azul Claro Numazu” in 2006. Azul Claro Numazu has been a member of JFL (Japan Football League) since 2014. Welcoming the former-national-team-member Nakayama Masashi into the team in 2015, Azul Claro Numazu has been playing heated games for the goal of joining J3.
