It’s a good reminder that, as Walt Disney said, “It was all started by a mouse.” Iconic On-Screen Moments Walt Disney arrived in Hollywood in August 1923 and founded Disney Brothers Cartoon Studio in October of that year. Since 1955, he has been a frequent presence on television, too.
