In general, stainless product numbers start with “8,” “85,” “91,” or “99.” Titanium product numbers start with “05” except when noted. Most of our proprietary instruments are offered with a complimentary instructional videotape or videodisc. All Rhein Medical products meet or exceed the requirements established in the European Union and the FDA, and Rhein Medical has passed all U.S. and European regulations and requirements to market its products throughout the world. This is your assurance of the highest in product quality. Our factories are GMP compliant, and ISO certified. Licenses & Patents Many of our collaborating surgeons own patents protecting some of the instruments in our Ophthalmic Instrument Catalog, and the rights to those instruments have been licensed to Rhein Medical for distribution. When you call us during our normal business hours, you will reach a responsive customer service professional, not an electronic routing system. We will answer your questions, or process your orders, with a minimum of delay. Our most important concern is you. We operate customer service hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM E.S.T., and orders and questions may be presented Monday through Friday during these hours. SHIPPING Most shipments are made through UPS using Second Day (Blue) shipping within the U.S.A. However, should you require overnight shipping, please let us know. We also ship through Corporate Headquarters of Rhein Medical, Inc. other carriers at our customers’ request. The selection of carrier for international shipments is based upon the country of destination. All shipments are F.O.B shipping point (Tampa, Florida). All in-stock orders received by 2:00 PM E.S.T. are shipped on the same day. TERMS OF PAYMENT Payments are due within 30 days from receipt of our products. We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. Wire transfers, personal or cashiers checks drawn on a U.S. bank may also be accepted for international shipments. All returns must be accompanied by this number. Please pro- B.03 tect your return by wrapping it carefully with adequate bubble wrap or other suitable packaging material. Please send the return directly to our office, to the attention of “Returns.” Please include a copy of the shipping document, with the account name, number, and address clearly visible so we can credit the proper account. Please tell us why you are returning the product so we can correct the problem. Also, please return it to us within 30 days of your receipt. Please note that special order products cannot be returned for credit. REPAIR SERVICE We offer an instrument repair program for all instruments and diamond knives. Since we own and operate our own factories, some repairs can be processed in the same day in which they are received. Our most important concern is pleasing our cus- tomers.
