14 15 OSA’s Business Management Generally, it can be stated that 2010 was a year of stabilization in the collection of royalties. In addition, the society entered the last stage of restructuring that aff ected OSA’s activities in regional offi ces. Admi- nistrative positions were abolished and two offi ces were closed completely – in Hradec Králové and České Budějovice. In September, a new administrative customer centre was offi cially opened in Havlíčkův Brod Management Board Report that also operates a hot line. for 2010 Public Performance Rights Department During 2010, the new form of providing licensing agreements also on behalf of other collective manage- ment societies for TV broadcasting operation in public premises continued to stabilize. This form of partnership is positively accepted by the users and, as a result, contributes to a signifi cant saving of administrative costs for the benefi t of all parties involved.
