They doubled over decade 20th century and played significant role in the structure pathology and mortality in the infant, perinatal and children. Now time is 1800 out of 10,000 children born with congenital anomalies. Through progress made in our country in the future reform health system strengthening and the protection of the health children, congenital abnormalities play leading role in the structure morbidity disability and mortality. Reasons development of 40-60% anomalies is unknown. They take one of the leading places in the structure of general and primary morbidity worldwide, both among adults and among children under 18 years of age. This article presents the dynamics and prevalence of the main forms of A Damong children and adolescents in Tashkent for the period from 2015 to 2019. Areas with the highest incidence rates have been identified. In the structure of morbidity by sex and age, the majority of patients are boys and adolescents, respectively.
